Choose the strategy

The task is to choose 3 strategies to overcome stage fright, which

1) Recognize the stress as excitment.
The physiological symptoms associated with public speaking are virtually the same as those one would experience if you got married. You should think that public speech is the most exitment thing in your life. The idea is to associate "fright" with "fun". 
2) Eat happy food.
You can trigger a dose of pleasure with the endorphins that are triggered by certain food. I really love this advice, because eating delicious food can change my bad mood into good one. My happy food is chocolate.
3)Dress up. 
Make it a point to dress in something you know you look good in. For me it is very important to wear cloths which I like, because I feel confident in them.

  2. I did not know that public speaking stress is equal to that of feelings on the day of your wedding day. I think that is super interesting. (Dorothy)
