Hello! I'd like to show you the video on which I present the exercise "Brush with Greatness". The task is to tell stories about meeting celebrities.

The analysis of my speech:

1. Did you make an efford to gain the mental attention of your audience in the introduction to your speech?
Yes, I asked questions abourt meeting with celebrities.
2. Did you clearly state your topic or question?
Yes.
3. Did you map the direction your speech was taking?
 Yes.
4. Did you support the major ideas with examples, instances, facts, quotations, or proof?
No.
5. Did your speech have a conclusion (summary, action, appeal)?
No
6. List three areas of your last speech that you believe were the most effective.
1) I looked at my audience

2) My explanation of the exercise was quite clear

3) My speech was short and informative

7. List three weaknesses of your speech. If you believe there were no weaknesses, then list areas where you could done better.
1) I was closed with my hands

2) Sometimes the pauses between words were quite long

3) My speech was not fluent
8. Pick one area of organization or content that you desire to improve in your next speech.
I desire to impove the structure of the speech. The speech should consist of the introduction, the body and the conclusion.
9. Pick one area of delivery you desire to improve in the next speech.

I think I should work on my gestures and articulation.
