10 tasks to challenge myself
The fear of being evaluated or judged and lack of confinence may lead to stage fright. The best way to become more confident is to do things that one is afraid of.
I want to share you the list of challenges that, I hope, will help me to build my confidence. Every week I will do one task and share my feelings on my blog.
1. Ask a person in the street how to get somewhere.
2. Ask a person in the street about the time.
3. Ring a wrong number on purpose and say "I'm sorry, I seem to have dialled the wrong number".
4. Initiate a conversation with a neighbour.
5. Go to the perfume shop, ask to taste some perfume and leave the shop without buying anything.
6. Initiate a one-on-one conversation with your professor about something inconsequential.
7. Go to a social event with a friend and initiate a conversation with one person you don`t know.
8. Ask a neigbour for salt.
9. Go to the expencive clothing store and ask to try on a dress. Leave the shop without buying anything.
10. Go on a holiday alone.
To tell the truth, I am very exciting about these challenges, but I hope I will succed in it.
