SETTING OUT CLEAR, MEASURABLE OBJECTIVES

The task was to watch the following performances and identify the possible objectives each speaker has set:

1. Ken Robinson present his ideas about the education system. He thinks that education should to transformed according to the students' interests and talents. He also think that everyone should do what he love. Objective is to transform the educational system for the better.

2. The main idea of Zifang Su's speech is that things that scares us may bring us the most beautiful thing. Of course, overcoming fears is difficult but it woth it. Objective is to make people to cope with their fears.

3. Matthew McConaughey thanked people for winning the Oscar. Also, he shared some his rules of the life. Objective is to thank for the Oscar and to inspire people to become better.
